Speaker: Linda Reid
Shaarei Shomayim, 470 Glencairn Ave.Sisterhood Hall, Toronto
January 21st, 2018
Doors open 10:00 am
Experienced genealogist and DNA disentangler, Linda Reid, will discuss:
1. alternative DNA tests and companies, and
2. how to proceed after receiving initial DNA results, including your long list of possible connections
Is there a recommended approach to following up quickly and efficiently?
Are there certain results that should be discarded as being highly improbable?
Do you search first for family names that appear in your family tree?
How do you know when to add additional tests, and which ones, and when not to?
