JGS Toronto Speakers Bureau

Looking to engage your organization with fascinating stories and expert knowledge on Jewish genealogy? The Jewish Genealogical Society of Toronto offers a dynamic range of speakers ready to inspire and educate your audience. Our experienced speakers have captivated synagogues, social groups, clubs, schools, and more, with genealogy becoming an increasingly popular interest across all age groups.

Our speakers can tailor presentations to suit any audience, covering a variety of topics such as:

  • Instructional Genealogy: Step-by-step guidance on researching in today’s digital age.
  • Personal Journeys: Heartfelt stories of discovering family roots.
  • Family Reunions: Touching tales of reconnecting with long-lost relatives.
  • Researching Ancestral Homelands: Insights and experiences from exploring ancestral places.

Presentations are available both virtually (via Zoom) and in person, accommodating both daytime and evening schedules.

While our speakers volunteer their time and expertise, we kindly suggest considering an honorarium to support our ongoing mission of fostering genealogical knowledge. (CRA tax receipts available).
